I’m Molly Russell, the baker behind Ve-Bakes. What started in 2018 as a simple idea — that finding beautiful vegan bakes in Derby should be easy — has grown into a small, joy-filled bakery known for flavour, colour and craft.

Every week I handmake a varied menu of cakes and goodies, available to browse and order online. I also release seasonal, limited-edition bakes announced first on Instagram and Facebook — they go quickly, so keep an eye out!
