Each cake size can serve a range of portions depending on how you’d like it sliced:

 

6” 3 layer cake – approx. 14 to 20 slices

7” 4 layer cake – approx. 20 to 30 slices

8” 4 layer cake – approx. 30 to 40 slices

The number of portions depends on the style of slice you choose:

 

Larger dessert-style portions – ideal for when the cake is the star of the show, served with a hot drink or as a proper dessert. These are generous and satisfying – perfect for cake lovers.

 

Party-sized slices are smaller, finger-style portions, great for events where guests may be sampling a range of treats or at a children’s birthday party. These are similar in size to a cupcake and work well when serving larger groups.

Biscoff - Biscoff sponge and buttercream. Decorated with a Biscoff drip & Biscoff biscuits.

Oreo - Oreo sponge and buttercream. Decorated with a chocolate drip & Oreo biscuits.​

Lemon - Vanilla sponge, Sicilian lemon buttercream & homemade vegan lemon curd

Jammie Dodger - Vanilla sponge and buttercream filled with raspberry jam. Decorated with raspberry jam, dried raspberries and Jammie Dodger biscuits.

Red Velvet - My version of a red velvet cake

Sprinkle - Vanilla sponge and buttercream - jam available upon request

Chocolate - Chocolate sponge, chocolate sauce and buttercream. Decorated with a chocolate drip and a selection of handmade white & dark chocolates

Vanilla & strawberry - Classic vanilla bean sponge and buttercream. With strawberry jam. Topped with dried and fresh strawberries +£5.

​

Bramble - Classic vanilla bean sponge and buttercream. With blackcurrant jam. topped with fresh blackberries and cornflower petals +£5.

​

Classics are decorated according to the cake flavour.
